CROSS COUNTRY

2010-11 SEASON

The 2010-11 cross country season is upon us and once again it's time to dig out the spikes...
...... TIME TO GET MUDDY!

Trentham Running club will be entering teams into both the North Staffs Cross Country League and the Birmingham Cross Country League. I am absolutely sure that we can be competitive in both leagues with the Men's and Ladies teams and all members are encouraged to take part regardless of ability or experience. The cross country races are great fun if you have never tried them and there's a real team spirit with everyone getting fantastic encouragement from their team mates!

The Dates for the respective Leagues are below:

Please Note: The Ladies also plan to enter a team in the Midland League this year and the dates will be as above, but the venues will be different, except the first race where all divisions and Men's & Ladies will race at Leamington.

Dates for the Midland Ladies XC races are as follows
30th Oct 2010 Leamington	04th Dec 2010 Birchfield	15th Jan 2011 Sphinx	12th Feb 2011 Bournville

Also Please Note: The start times in the NORTH STAFFS league are slightly different from previous years with the Ladies starting at 1:30pm and the Men at 2:05pm which is around half an hour earlier than usual. make sure you allow enough time to get there.
