Beginners

Our Beginner Group sessions are held once a week, and the meeting time is 6:20pm for a 6:30pm start, it covers a range of abilities from complete beginner to returning runner. Our meeting place is the car park at Trentham Pre-School, 40 New Inn Ln, Hanford, ST4 8EX.

The total cost is £15 for 10 weeks

We run 3 blocks of 10 week sessions per year.
